Religious Diversities

Due to the integration of ethnic groups brought about by the development of commerce and trade, Macao contains a wide variety of religions. The history of religion spreading in Macao is relatively early, and there are many types of religions. At present, the religions supported by Macao residents include Buddhism, Taoism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, Bahá'í Faith, Zoroastrianism, etc. Although there are many kinds of religions, Buddhism, Catholicism and Protestantism are the most popular ones.

由於商貿發展帶來的民族交融，澳門這片土地上包羅了紛繁多樣的宗教。宗教在澳門傳播的歷史比較早，宗教的門類也比較多。現在澳門居民所仰的宗教有佛教、道教、天主教、基督教新教、伊斯蘭教、巴哈伊信仰、瑣羅亞斯德教等。雖然宗教的名目繁多，但以佛教、天主教、基督教新教為最盛。
